SOCIAL ANIMALS
Heavy but peaceful
With Heavy but Peaceful, I wanted to explore a different vision of strength.
Not domination.
Not aggression.
Not the constant need to prove something.
The gorilla keeps its physical presence and visual weight, but the figure gradually starts dissolving into lines and fragments, as if tension itself was fading away.
This piece speaks about the moment when conflict no longer feels necessary.
When strength becomes quieter.
More controlled.
More conscious.
For me, this work is not about weakness.
It is about reaching a form of calm powerful enough to no longer need violence.
