Remanence
Chapitre III — Émergences
Remanence explores what remains after growth has passed.
The dense structures that characterized earlier works in the series have dissolved, leaving behind traces, echoes and residual forms. The focus shifts from expansion itself to its lasting impact.
I was interested in the idea that transformation often continues long after visible change has ended.
The composition balances between presence and disappearance. Organic elements appear suspended, as if they were carrying the memory of a process that can no longer be fully seen.
Within Overgrowth, Remanence represents a turning point. Growth is no longer the subject. What matters now is what it leaves behind.
