Data controller

Data and purpose

Name, email address, shipping country, artwork, request type and message are collected solely to receive and respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, or arrange an acquisition at your request. They are not used for automated marketing without separate agreement.

Hosting and recipients

Website enquiries are stored in a private inbox hosted by Supabase and accessible only to an authorized administrator. If direct submission fails, a backup Netlify Forms option may be offered; backup and historical submissions remain processed through Netlify. Personal contact details are not published. Processor terms, safeguards and any international transfers must be reviewed before public promotion.

Retention

Enquiries are retained only for the time needed to handle them and reasonable follow-up, then deleted or archived as required by law. Define an exact retention policy and deletion procedure before public launch.

Secret Drop email updates

Secret Drop signups use an embedded form hosted by Brevo. Brevo directly collects your email address and consent for occasional previews of new paintings, studio updates and collection announcements. You must confirm your email by clicking the link sent to you (double opt-in). Your subscription is based on consent and is separate from artwork enquiries, which are stored in the private Supabase inbox (or in backup Netlify Forms). You may unsubscribe using the link in Brevo emails or by writing to juliengilles.artiste@gmail.com. Subscription details are kept until you unsubscribe or the list is deleted, subject to legal obligations. Displaying the signup form loads content from Brevo; verify processor terms, any international transfers and exact retention periods before public promotion.

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction or object to processing where the law permits, by contacting juliengilles.artiste@gmail.com. You may lodge a complaint with your data protection supervisory authority.

This site's code does not embed analytics or advertising tools. Any technical cookies associated with the hosting platform should be assessed at launch.
